'See you in court' Donald Trump hits back as courts REFUSE to allow 'Muslim ban'

A US federal appeals court upheld the suspension of the president's restricted travel order on seven Muslim-majority countries last.

The motormouth billionaire hit back minutes after tweeting: "See you in court, the security of our nation is at stake."

Trump's January 27 executive order barred entry for citizens from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen for 90 days and imposed a 120-day halt on all refugees – except refugees from Syria who would be barred indefinitely.

The Donald claimed the controversial ban was "common sense" and would prevent terrorists from entering America.
